Here at The Fountain on Locust, we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy fresh and flavorful meals when dining out. To us, this means taking extra care to offer tasty meals for those with allergies or other dietary restrictions.
We work hard to maintain the delicious flavors of The Fountain in all of our dishes, but especially those with modifications. Our accommodations can be seen at every level of service — from extensive menu offerings, to ordering, preparing, and delivering your meal.

Menu Offerings
Out of the three soups we serve daily, we always ensure at least one option is Vegetarian and one is Gluten Friendly. We offer Gluten Free bread as a substitution for all of our tasty sandwhiches, and also have multiple Vegetarian and Vegan dishes that can be ordered as-is. Even at the appetizer level, we offer Gluten Free Tortilla Chips with our Spinach Artichoke Dip and Chef Cookie's Buffalo Chicken Dip, as well as vegan house-made Hummus, and delicious Vegetarian options like the Lottie Briscoe Bruschetta, La Picada, and Symphony Platter.
When it comes to dessert, we don’t think anyone should have to miss out! We always have two vegan Ice Cream options available — Clementine's Vegan Vanilla Bean and a delicious Raspberry Sorbet. We have a number of Vegan Ice Cream toppings as well, and nearly all of our Cedar Crest Ice Cream flavors are Gluten Friendly.

Ordering Your Perfect Meal
Our staff are well-informed on all of our Gluten Friendly, Vegan, and Vegetarian menu items, so they are able to guide and assist you in making your selections when ordering. Each Cook, Ice Cream Captain, Bartender, and Server are trained on preparing and handling dishes for guests with allergies, and are held to strict standards to ensure any cross-contamination is prevented.
Because we take dietary restrictions and modifications so seriously, you need not worry! Simply communicate any specific modifications, allergies, or requests clearly to your server and they will relay the necessary information to the staff members preparing your dish.
